What is Aerial Skiing?

Aerial skiing is a freestyle Olympic event in which athletes launch off a large upright kicker and execute multiple flips and twists (up to a quintuple-twisting triple back-flip) before landing on a steep snowbank. Judges score air (form off the kicker), form and landing; the difficulty of the trick is a multiplier on the total.
