What is Coasteering?
Coasteering was born on the wild coast of Pembrokeshire, Wales. Participants wear a wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid and traverse a rocky coastline by scrambling the shore, swimming through swells and jumping from cliff ledges into deep water. It is primarily an adventure activity, but the sport hosts competitive time-trial and long-distance events on suitable coasts.
