Crossminton

Crossminton (formerly speed badminton) plays without a net across two 5.5 m squares set 12.8 m apart. Players use squash-length rackets and a heavy plastic "speeder" (shuttle) that resists wind, letting the sport be played outdoors in a breeze. Rallies are fast and hard-hitting; games are to 16 points. The ICO holds an annual world championship.
