What is Drone Racing?
Drone racing is the sport of racing small first-person-view (FPV) quadcopters at up to 240 km/h through a course of illuminated gates. Pilots wear video goggles that stream from a camera on the drone. The Drone Racing League (DRL) is the leading pro circuit; the FAI added FPV drone racing to its official calendar in 2019.
