DVONN

DVONN is the third game in the GIPF Project. Players place pieces on a hexagonal board, then move stacks onto other stacks by exactly the height of the moving stack. Any stack disconnected from at least one of the three red DVONN pieces is removed from play. The player controlling the tallest stack — most stacks visible — wins. Widely regarded as one of the most elegant modern abstracts.
