Fistball

Fistball is a volleyball-like team sport with roots in ancient Roman "harpastum". Five-a-side teams play on a 50 × 20 m court divided by a 2 m string; the ball is struck only with the fist or forearm and may bounce once on the ground between each of the three team touches. Germany, Austria, Brazil and Switzerland lead the sport globally.
