What is Freediving?
Freediving is underwater diving without the use of breathing apparatus. Competition disciplines include static apnea (breath-hold underwater), dynamic apnea (horizontal distance underwater), constant weight (descend and ascend with fins), free immersion (pull down the line) and no-limits (descend on a weighted sled). World records exceed 130 m of depth.
