What is Kite Buggy?

Kite Buggying is a kite-powered land sport where the rider sits in a three-wheeled buggy pulled by a power kite (~2-15 sqm). Invented + commercialized in the early 1990s by New Zealand kite designer Peter Lynn (1985 prototype, commercial 1993). Ridden across firm beaches, dry lake beds, deserts, and flat open land.
