OLDER + MORE-INTERNATIONAL variant of BOWLING using ONLY 9 PINS arranged in a DIAMOND (not 10-pin triangle). Common across CENTRAL EUROPE (Germany, Austria, Czech, Slovakia, Denmark, Hungary), governed by WORLD NINEPIN BOWLING ASSOCIATION (WNBA — 4 disciplines: Bohle, Schere, Asphalt, Classic). Still played in TEXAS BOHEMIAN COMMUNITIES (only US state to have legalised 9-pin, protected by law). Ancestor of American 10-pin — outlawed in USA 1830s (except Texas).

Basic rules
9 PINS in DIAMOND with KING PIN in the center

BOWLER rolls 120 BALLS in Classic (30 in EACH LANE, 4 lanes at differing techniques)
