Parcheesi

Parcheesi is the American commercial version of Pachisi, first trademarked in 1867 and popularised by Parker Brothers in the 1890s. Two to four players race four pawns around and into the centre of a cross-shaped board using two dice. Doubles grant an extra turn; two of your pawns on the same square form a blockade. Widely regarded as the classic American family race game.
