What is Pig?

Pig is a simple push-your-luck dice game. On each turn a player rolls one die and adds the result to a running turn total; they may hold at any time and bank the turn total to their overall score. But roll a 1 and the turn ends with zero added. First to 100 (or whatever the agreed target) wins. Widely used in schools to teach probability and expected-value decision-making.
