Skijoring

Skijoring is a winter sport in which a skier is towed by dogs, a horse or a snowmobile. Norwegian skijoring races draw huge crowds; the American equestrian version at St. Moritz and Leadville, Colorado adds gates, rings and even ski jumps to the course. It was a demonstration sport at the 1928 St. Moritz Winter Olympics.
