What is Trampoline Gymnastics?
Trampoline gymnastics is the Olympic form of competitive trampolining, in which athletes perform a routine of 10 aerial skills on a large competition trampoline. Judges score difficulty, execution and time in the air; elite gymnasts reach over 8 m of bounce height. Individual, synchronised (two side-by-side identical routines) and team events are contested.
