How it works
Objective
Score MOST POINTS by playing words + STACKING LETTERS to create new words.
Rules
Basic rules
SETUP: draw 7 TILES per player; first player places 2+ TILE WORD across center square
Signature center-word opening.
TURN: PLAY 1 to 7 TILES to make WORD (must connect to existing word); can STACK NEW LETTER ON TOP of existing letter to CHANGE that word
Signature stacking mechanic.
STACKING RULE: max STACK HEIGHT is 5 TILES; new letter on stack must MAKE A VALID NEW WORD

SCORING: (a) If all letters at HEIGHT 1 (no stacking), score = double the letter count of word (e.g., 4-letter word = 8 pts); (b) With stacked letters, score = SUM of STACK HEIGHTS for each letter in word

Terminology

- Vertical column of tiles (max 5 high) making a letter available for word-formation.

- How many tiles a stack is tall; contributes to word score.
- Flat play
- Playing word without stacking any letter — doubles letter count for score.
- Stack play
- Using stacked letters — score = sum of heights.
- All-stack bonus
- 20 pt bonus for all letters in word being stacked.
- 7-tile bonus
- 20 pt bonus for using all 7 tiles in single turn.
- Rack penalty
- Unused tiles subtracted from score at game end.
