Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay is a grim-dark fantasy RPG set in Games Workshop's Warhammer world, first published in 1986. Its 'career' system famously starts characters as Ratcatchers, Peasants and Grave-Robbers rather than heroes; the world is grim, corrupt and lethal. The fourth edition (Cubicle 7, 2018) returned to the beloved second-edition Enemy Within campaign setting.
