What is Wing Chun?

Wing Chun is a southern Chinese kung fu style built on the "centreline" principle — attack and defend along the direct line between fighters — with rapid vertical-fist chain punches, trapping hands and low kicks. Popularised globally by Ip Man and his student Bruce Lee, it is trained via the classic sequence of forms and chi sao "sticky-hands" drills.
