Basic rules

  • STANDARD FORMAT: 8 × 1km run + 8 workout stations (Ski-Erg 1000m → Sled Push 50m → Sled Pull 50m → Burpee Broad Jumps 80m → Rowing 1000m → Farmers Carry 200m → Sandbag Lunges 100m → Wall Balls 100 reps)

  • SAME sequence + weights + distances at EVERY Hyrox worldwide (only environmental venue differs) — enables direct global time-comparison

    Signature standardized global format.

  • COMPETITION CATEGORIES: PRO (elite), OPEN (amateur), DOUBLES (2-person), MIXED DOUBLES, RELAY (4-person)

    Signature 5 competition categories.

  • WALL BALLS: 100 REPS (target hit) required to finish — often make-or-break finale

    Signature 100-wall-ball finale.

  • AGE GROUPS: 16-18, 18-24, ... 65+ (5-year brackets)
