Athletes race INDIVIDUALLY (or DOUBLES/RELAY) through 8 × 1KM RUN LOOPS interspersed with 8 SET WORKOUTS (Ski-Erg 1000m, Sled Push 50m, Sled Pull 50m, Burpee Broad Jumps 80m, Rowing 1000m, Farmers Carry 200m, Sandbag Lunges 100m, Wall Balls 100 reps). SAME workouts every race worldwide — enables direct time-comparison globally + a burgeoning WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP + PRO CIRCUIT.

STANDARD FORMAT: 8 × 1km run + 8 workout stations (Ski-Erg 1000m → Sled Push 50m → Sled Pull 50m → Burpee Broad Jumps 80m → Rowing 1000m → Farmers Carry 200m → Sandbag Lunges 100m → Wall Balls 100 reps)
