STANDARD FORMAT: 10-mile / 16km course with 20-25 obstacles

SIGNATURE OBSTACLES: ARCTIC ENEMA (ice water dumpster), ELECTROSHOCK THERAPY (live-wire tunnel), EVEREST 2.0 (curved 15ft warped wall), KISS OF MUD (barbed-wire crawl), FUNKY MONKEY (angled monkey bars), MUD MILE (mud-hill switchbacks)
Signature obstacle repertoire.
TEAMWORK EMPHASIS: many obstacles REQUIRE help from teammates (e.g., PYRAMID SCHEME requires stacking teammates)
